Don't blame me for not being interested in mathematics.
Someone who does could really help me!
If you got a number:
1.242.612.226 (year 2000)
1.321.851.888 (year 2007)

If you see this, the growth is about 80 million.
what is the growth in % then? (I got 1%, which seems a little bit low.)

You are a real help if you help me find it!

1.321.851.888 / 1.242.612.226 = 1,063768

Relative growth : 6,38 %

The general formula is:

portion (=ratio) x 100 / base value

In your case, the population of 2000 has to be the base value, because that's what you're referring to when saying the population has grown/decreased. Just that you understand what you're actually doing

Oh uzeyir-a,
I follow "modern languages-sciences" so I have a lot of chemistry & physics at school!
But actually, biology is the subject I don't like

Uzeyir-a,
aren´t we relatives?

To me Biology is OK, and I hate studying History for school. In Hungary, it is obligatory and you have to study all the stupid unnecessary details.

You can choose what you want to study?
Like: Well, I don't want to study physics... ?

Wow!

I study:
Portuguese (grammar, literature, essay lab), Maths, History, Geography, Chemistry (Organic, Physic-Chem and General), Biology, English and spanish in some schools.

I don't have choice here.

We can choose a currucilum,

I study modern languages - sciences
I just got more and more complicated science & languages than students of my age.

But I still got History, geography, maths, morals.
Rest is all languages & sciences!

We cannot choose, everything is obligatory, because they want you to become a human Wikipedia.... I´d prefer less subjects, of my choice!

Yes, same here Cisa, we can only decide between Latin/French and Music/Art. That's all. If I could choose my own subjects, I wouldn't have physics anymore for sure!
