Hello there,
a few days ago I did the translations for the project area into German, but they haven't been accepted yet. Why not? If you are waiting for an expert to rate these translations, there is a problem, 'cause I am the only expert of (is that 'of' correct?) German, I believe. I can't rate my own translations, can I?
And another problem: Knowing project cucumis better now I edited some translations to make them more accurate, but the changes are shown only in the list of translations, not at the concerned places.
I hope that you understand what I mean, that my English is not too bad and that the problems can be solved soon,
Rumo

Hi Rumo,
You are the only german expert for now and you can accept your own translations through the list of german translations to be evaluated. You can also access this page through the search page. I didn't accept them because I didn't have time to do it myself but usually I accept all you translations without checking because I trust you.
For the translations you edited, the upgrade of the cucumis user inferface is not automatic, I will update your changes and find a way to be warned when the user interface is edited.

Thank you very much!
I only was wondering why there was no acception of my works but now I understand.
If you want, I could administrate the german forum [by the way, I master PHP and a bit MySQL], but I don't know if I'll have enough time. So what would I have to do for the forum?
Thank you for your answer and, by the way, for cucumis.org in general

OK for the german forum, marhaban and HB10 have also accepted to take care of the arabic and dutch forums.

It's technically ready, BUT I didn't have time to write a tutorial to delete/move messages.

You will have to create the differents sub-forums too. Basically, a place to talk about general subjects, a place to talk about languages, and a place to talk about cucumis.org.

For your proposal to help with PHP and mySQL, I will think about this. It would help me a lot because I'm overloaded. The project development is not very documented and I'm afraid it will be very hard to understand. I will thought about independant developments I could propose to you. Do you know Macromedia flash actionscript? Can you develop independant applications for windows (Visual C, Visual Basic etc..)?

Sorry, I have to say that I don't know whatsoever about these languages. When I decided to build a homepage, I've teached myself HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL, but my accomplishments at programming are just good enough for me.

About the forum: I don't think the work is too much, so I can relieve you of it.

Hi, I did the translation for "Article-strongly-anymore" but you didn't accept it. Then, after that,I saw that this words were been translated by Lele. What's the matter? Why my translation was wrong? I'm feeling discouraged...

Gloria, look at your translation, you have only translated the title but not the text, that's why it was rejected. Don't be discouraged, it's your first ty, the second will be the good one .
