That's right! I can't speak a blessed word of Partuguese and know only some Turkish but there are requests for translations I can do with confidnece (especially those of a religious context but there's also i.e 'gladyatör" [gladiator]).

However, for some of them, I'd like to make a note. That is something I cannot do in these languages.

So, what happens in this case? Up to now I've left them alone, in case someone who actually speaks both Greek and "that" language will do them.

In this case, you can do it and if you're not absolutely sure about the meaning you can post a message on the translation to request confirmation of the meaning by a member who can understand the source language.

I'm not sure what you mean by "make a note" could you tell me more?

Ah yes! My mistake I meant adding a note in the bottom box as i.e. "Biblical Greek as it appears in the Sunday Prayer (we still say it in the Koine, not in modern Greek. In modern Greek it would be so and so". I can't write something like that in a language I don't speak fluently.

Excellent suggestion about the request for confirmation!
