Maybe that is my favourite dish!
This is my recipe

Ingredients
parboil lasagne sheets (Can you find them abroad? here we have Barilla's sheet :o)
50g butter
1 l milk
50g white flour
nutmeg
parmesan
salt

to do the ragù:
a jar of already cooked ragù
or:
...ehm, I don't remember ragù recipe, I know you have to do it with a mince of celery, onion and carrot, then minced beef, but I don't know how much.. sorry )

Besciamella
Put the butter in a pan and melt it, add the flour and the milk, mixing with a whisk (or you'll have lumps :S). add salt, grated nutmeg and two small cups of grated parmesan (if you putting it now, you wont't have to use it every layer of lasagne, it's already in )and bring to a boil, then cook for few minutes, always mixing.

Lasagne
Put the butter and baste a baking pan, put a layer of besciamella and put lasagne sheets (in my baking pan I can put 3 sheets for every layer). Cover with another layer of besciamella and put a layer of ragù. I usually do:
1.besciamella
2.first layer lasagne
3.besciamella and ragù
3.2nd layer of lasagne
4.besciamella and (surprise!) mozzarella slices
5.3rd layer of lasagne
6. besciamella and ragù
7.4rd layer of lasagne
8.besciamella and ragù
9.last layer of lasagne, cover all with ragù and then besciamella and put on other grated parmesan

Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 220°

They are best if you don't eat them immediately, but the day after
If you don't want mozzarella, use ragù again

Ahah, I love besciamella, and sometimes I have to prepare it with more than a liter of milk, because I put a lot of it in my lasagne!

This sounds good Shamy, all except the "meat-thing" (I'm kind of vegetarian ) Maybe I can exclude/exchange the meat and just use the other good stuff!

You can find Barilla in Sweden too!

Yes ...you are right Shamy, there IS veg. lasagne. But since your recipe sounds delicious and I'm just "half" veg. (lacto-ovo veg.) I eat dairy products etc. I thought that maybe one can exclude/exchange just the meat. Don't you think so?

Ah, mozzarella was not a stupid idea goncin, I shall try it some day.

Ahah, I think we're all lasagna-lovers

Pias, Goncin's idea is ok, maybe you can make a cheesy lasagna when I haven't mozzarella I use sottilette (I think is translatable with "thin slices of cheddar" or edamer ^_^
