Biscuit cake with cherries

Ingredients:

500 ml sweet cream
300 g whipped cream
200 g Smetana (sour cream)
300 g biscuits in piece
300 g ground biscuits
500 g cherries
1/2 l milk

1. Churn sweet cream.
2. Churn 200 g whipped cream with 0,2 l milk. Add 200 g Smetana in it.
3. Combine all that (sweet cream and whipped cream) and divide it into two. Add 300 g ground biscuits in one part.
4. Dip biscuits in piece into milk and then arrange them on cake plateau. Put first one half of mass on it, then cherries, then the other half of mass (the one with ground biscuits). Daub the rest of whipped cream (100 g) over the top of it.

This is my favorite cake! Sweet and refreshing in the same time! Yum-yum!
