Clients' funds may only be accepted by organisations that the UK Inland Revenue would recognise as being charitable as defined by UK law. If you are not registered (or do not hold an exempt status) with the UK Charity Commissioners or are not recognised as being exempt from payment ok UK income tax I must ask that you complete and return the enclosed questionnaire.
