| Nothing else than greatness, nothing too exagerate, nothing too adorned (decorated) either through the load (intricacy-it referes to mumbling)of the words or of the sentences, in which something would be too pompous (high-flown).
This is "Brutus" / Cicero and is pretty hard. |

| Hey, Rex nugarum, did you find the translation? I've posted twice because I didn't know where you'll find it faster... |
| 15 rujan 2007 17:56 |
| No, no, no! Nugae, nugarum means little things, whithout importance...Catullus said it.
Where did you find that?
You're triking me, aren't you? |
| 15 rujan 2007 18:23 |
| Ok, if you're angry with me now, I'll agree |
| 15 rujan 2007 18:42 |
| O.k, I'll find you another name in the future...
I'm not giving up! |
| 15 rujan 2007 19:38 |
| Just some "Cesar", but I'm done right now, sleppy. Tomorrow I'm on my way to my new place...so you think about new names and so will I. Will see "the result", but I'm going be very bad if you'll invent somtheing "ugly"

| Hi Jim,
Here's a bridge for you, to this one:
http://www.cucumis.org/translation_1_t/view-the-translation_v_83809.html
<bridge>
to swear
</bridge>
Japanese verbs don't need subjects, and they are not conjugated, so in context it could mean (and in this case probably does mean, but there's no way of knowing) "I promise" (i.e. to do something), or even stronger, like "I vow" (to...)
Anyway, not many points, but a nice opportunity for me to try to return your kindness!
Ian

I hope he will understand. Now I'm into an internet cafe in another city.I hope this won\t be a problem |

XiniBroj poruka: 1655 | Yes, I have to reject it because the meaning is completely mixed up. Sorry for rejecting your work but thank you anyway for your effort.
All the best
X. |

XiniBroj poruka: 1655 | gigi1's translation is very close to the meaning. And I have added a link to a video, you can find its url in the note field of the request. Maybe you'll want to try again. |

| Hi Jim, thanks for your note!
You said:
"you see everything comes in return no matter what."
Yup. I really believe that. We say in North American English, "What goes around, comes around," i.e. what you send out will come back to you in the long (or short!) run...
I've studied Buddhism for maybe 20 years too, and I agree with their concept of karma!
Maybe that's why I'm here, trying to help people out with their translations: I believe in the future, somewhere, somehow, there will be a reward!

| Ok. Meus Rex, where should I press he button to validate the translations, because I'm doing it and it doesn't look like I'm doing it. I'm giving the rate and after that nothing. Is there anything else I should do?
And with the system rating. one point for 1 mistake or what do you think?
I'm waiting a reply... |

| Tack! Jag var inte själv heller helt nöjd med min översättning - som sagt den blev lite för "tysk" :-) |

| Hi Jim,
Does "är" in Swedish means "here"?
It seems to, but I'm not sure...
I need to know so I can evaluate a translation.
Thanks in advance!
