Well, since I'm also from Holland, I shall introduce myself here as well

I'm 19 years old, and I study English at Uni in Amsterdam. And in my spare time I study Turkish as well.. In my profile it says I 'know' Turkish, but that basically means that I'm learning, and know only some short sentences

seeya!

hoe ist heej? hehe that's a bit of a slang word :P. Dutch definitely is a hard language! For most language you can explain why you say something that way.. in Dutch there are more exceptions than there are ruless....

Ohhh, çok güzel!

I'm thinking about going to Istanbul for a month to learn the language But since I'm going to a Dutch uni next year, i'm not quite sure if I'll manage to get some time off.. Until then I just have to practise my Turkish by doing a 'yazili bir metotla' (self-study)

Hai,

This is clearly the place to introduce yourself when your from Holland.
My name is Yurie and I live in Holland. I'm a student and I'm learning Polish and Spanish right now.

For the other dutch people: Grappig om jullie hier te ontmoeten en succes met vertalen.

ciao.
