Site layout have a bad translation on SerbianProblem report

1. There is no Serbian letters (ćÄšđž)
2. In the search results items Previous and Next are switched
3. Menu item "Recent changes" is on Cyrillic alphabet only. It doesn't make sense that one item is on different alphabet then others.
Serbs have two alphabet Serbian Latin and Serbian Cyrillic and both are in use but Cyrillic is basic Serbian alphabet. I'm for Cyrillic.
4. Menu item "Members" are wrong translated. It sounds strange. It's need to be "Krisnici" or "ÄŒlanovi" not "Korisnika"
