How can I make changes in my profile?

I am new here and I have not understood how to add more languages that I understand, if I forgotten to add some them at first (believe me or not, some languages may bee too obious to you, so obvious that you forget to add them. That was at least the case with me).

go onto you perfil-page (do you find it? - click in the title-menu onto your name, then at left-side-menu onto edit).

then you click next to the flags, which will add, type your password in the required field, and then on the blue icon in the lowest-right corner of the page.

Nonetheless, in my particular case, I need to change my mother language, given that when I first registred, I did it as european Portuguese by mistake.
However, in fact, my mother language is brazilian Portuguese...
And I couldn't find a way to change it in my "edit page".
Is it possible to correct this mistake in my profile?

Hello rahhaz, it is possible to correct your mother language 3 days after your regsitration date using the edit profile page. I've changed it now so you don't need to change.

Can you help me change my avatar? I thought I did it all right but when I checked my profile, my old avatar was still there. I had no problems with changing anything else in my profile.
