Last Christmas I wasn't able to wish you all a Merry Christmas, but for the New Year I want to redeem myself.
And I want to do that sharing with you a traditional Brazilian song we use to sing at midnight, in a (rough) translation into English.
Adeus Ano Velho (Bye, Old Year)
Feliz Ano Novo (Happy New Year)
Que tudo se realize (May everything be made real)
No ano que vai nascer (In the year which is about to be born)
Muito dinheiro no bolso (Much money in the pocket)
Saúde pra dar e vender (Health (enough) to give and to buy)

| The most beautiful fireworks I've ever seen, were in Vienna Huuuge light-balls, and, what I liked most, little red hearts But afterwards, the air was full of smog, really disgusting.. I dont wanna know, how many percent of the annual exhaust fumes come from New Year's Eve... |

My nicest firework I've seen was in Vitória,ES,Brasil! - I think it's there (in Brazil) better organized than here in Germany.
Here everybody makes a "little firework" - and that aren't very nice images on heaven..
In Brazil, the municipalities organizes very beautiful fireworks at 0:00 local time, which are for about 20 min. very wonderful images on heaven :-) !! Congratulations! |
