[wiki] translations

I've created two [wiki] articles for popups concerning the fact some people are confusing "Romanian" and "Romani" languages.

I'd invite experts and regular members to translate them into their languages.

In order to do so, please use the option "List of [wiki] translations to be done or updated" available on the translations main page, previously selecting the desired target language.
