This is a delicious Italian dessert, I love it and would be able to eat the whole cake. But this recipe is for 6 persons.
You'll need :
- 3 eggs
- 2 big spoons of sugar
- 300g mascarpone
- 2 big spoons of marsala
- 20cl of coffee
- about 15 spoon-biscuits (or "boudoirs"
- 2 big spoons of cacao (Van Houten is the best)
1) - Mix the three egg yolks up with the sugar
2) - Add the mascarpone and one spoon of marsala
3) - beat the eggs white in snow and add them delicately to the mixture
4) - Mix cofee and rest of the marsala up, then quickly dipp biscuits in this mixture
5) - spread the cream mixture (result from "2)" and "3)"... )on the biscuits
6) - Powder with the cacao and leave it in the fridge for 12 hours .
