English course in Christmas holiday?

Hello.
I am a 18 years-old female from Denmark.
I would like to take an English course in my Christmas holiday. I have two weeks and I want to improve my English as much as possible to my final English exam.

I do not have time in my summer holiday because I am going to Salamanca taking a Spanish course.

I would be thankful if You could recommend any school or know a place which is open in the winther period.

If it is the same system as in Faroe Islands and I guess it is, there is a Cambridge course (and I suppose First certificate would be the most proper level) which begins in October and ends in May. I know it is not what you asked for, but maybe the next link can give you some ideas:
