Dead Language - Latin

reading some translation to Latin, here you are some strange word on request...

"Napalm"
"Albania"
"train, rail, tunnels..."

I have some doubt...

1) Albania. Albania wasn't a geographical topic during the Old Roman Empire: it was called "Illiria"
What should i do?
A) translate it with Illiria, writing it on notes.
2) Translating as "Albania, ae" is a latin world (with nominative, genitive...). IMHO Horrible
C) Leave it untranslated

2) Napalm: ...in the roman empire it was used the greek-fire...but not napalm for sure.
A) should i reject the request or
D) leave it untranslated?
C) (REALLY HORRIBLE) Napalm, Napalmis...Bleah!

3) It's the same...train...who doesn't know the roman Train? ^_^

3) Perhaps the best option is to follow the Lexicon recentis latinitatis, for example:

Hamaxostichus -i, m.: treno, train, tren, train, Zug.
