| I sometimes write a message under a translation and forget to check, whether the person, the message is adressed to, wants to be notified when a reply is posted, so I have to post another message to CC this person seperately. Can't it be possible to edit the message and add a person? I always feel so stupid when I have to post a message just saying "Forgot to CC" or something |

piasNumber of messages: 8114 | Aha! Are you to a forgetful person Heidrun
To add a CC afterwards I think that you write: " (note)CC: (userid=84171)(/note)", but with "[,]" instead of "(,)"
CC: pias

| Good one Heidrun!
We all get ashamed when we realize that we hadn't checked if the addressee would get the message!
It happens all the time and it makes us feel as idiots!
I think everyone would appreciate it if you could solve that predicament, jp. |

| Is that right, Pia?
Does it really work? |

piasNumber of messages: 8114 | You can try!
But the weird thing is that I CC above to myself, but nothing went to my inbox? |

| It doesn't work if you edit the message this way.
the only way is to post a enw message. You can still copy paste the old message in the new one, and remove the older message. |

...sorry if I "lied" to you Heidrun and Lilian, it was never my intention. I actually thought that you can use that syntax even when editing. |

| And there's no way to change it, that it becomes possible?
What's more, I still have the problem that every time I wrote a message and click the "notifications"-button in order to CC someone, it refreshes the site and the whole message I have written is gone. Therefore, I always have to copy my message before I do that... That's also a bit annoying. |

| Heidrun, hm not sure if I can't make it possible very easily so I don't think I will do this.
For your problem, I have to correct it. Can you tell me exactly what brwoser (name and version) you are using and on which OS ? |
