How do I add another language to my native language description? How does it work?

I'm new here. When filling out the registration form, I was asked about my native language and had to choose one, but I am actually native in English and Spanish.
I wanted to translate a text from Italian into Spanish, and the system did not allow me to do so.
How can I add another language to my profile? Another "main" language?
Thanks!

Welcome to cucumis.
I too am quite new on cucumis, but from what I think the matter is, you are not allowed to translate into/from languages that are not on your profile for the first 3 or 4 days I think. After this time, you are given the permission to translate from/into any language you desire and you have knowledge about.
The subjects opened by other people in 'How does it work' might give you some answers to possible questions you might have in future about cucumis
Enjoy your time here,
