Yesterday I had 19 translation points. Today I have -77 translation points. Why under 0? I've translated only a phrase from yesterday until now and I haven't asked for a translation. Is it some kind of punishment and if yes, what have I done? Thank you!

When you subscribe to Cucumis.org, you get 300 free points to get started. When you ask for translations, at the first moment only your virtual points got debted. But, once your request has been accepted, your real points are charged.

Therefore, it seems that you've asked for more than 300 points in translations, and all of them have been accepted, and your points paid the translators, that's why you have a negative balance.

It seems that you've done some translations. If they were accepted, you'll earn points for them. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for a while (1 week?) to get more 300 free points in order to ask for more translations.
