please add "first" and "last" arrows for page turning

.... I just discovered something I haven't seen before, e.g. here on "Latest messages", there's an option "read" who takes you to the last page/message. Super!

On all lists, I've added a link to go directly to first and last pages now ( first : << last : >> )
