English for Romanian

I am fluent in English
I am living in Bucharest
I would like to improve my Romanian grammar, formulation, conversation (left RO in 92, one year of Romanian school, became fluent from hearing/reading only)
Or improve my very basic HEbrew which I am learning with a tutor.
I offer in return English conversation, help with vocabulary/grammar/nuances.

I also mention that I am a law student working in a law firm so would appreciate meeting someone with business background.
