Brazilian Portuguese Translation

There is a small translation missing on the LOGIN page of pt_BR: "I forgot my password".

I don't know if this belongs in this thread, but the name of this language in English is, as this thread title correctly indicates, "Brazilian Portuguese", not "Portuguese Brazilian", but I can't figure out how to fix this on many of the pages.

Some mistakes I've found in Brazilian Portuguese pages:

HOW IT READS -> HOW IT SHOULD BE (ENGLISH TERM)
Letônio -> Letão (Latvian language)
Hebreu -> Hebraico (Hebrew language)
Frisão -> Frísio (Frisian language)
Curda -> Curdo (Kurdish language)
Língua persa -> Farsi (persa) (Persian language)
Macedônia -> Macedônio (Macedonian language)
Maláio -> Malaio (Malay language)


Although "Frisão" is not incorrect, it is not the preferred form.

"Curda" and "Macedônia" should appear in the masculine form, if isolated. Compare: ItalianO/Língua italianA.

"Língua persa" is not wrong as well, but it name in Portuguese is "Farsi". As many people does not know it, I think "Farsi (persa)" a better solution.

Note: Farsi is called Farsi in English, too.

I know this topic is old now, but I figured out most of the language names corrections are yet to be done.

That list Goncin made July, 2007 is still valid. I'd only comment that "Farsi" is not how we call it in Portuguese, but rather in Arabic, which is a foreign spelling adopted by other cultures. Actually, "Farsi" means nothing more than "Persian" in Arabic (not Persian itself!), and I prefer to call it simply "Persa".

I think a vast majority of Brazilians know it as Persa, not "Farsi".

You've asked for a translation from "English" to "English".
What that sentence means? When I have asked for a translation from Brasilian Portuguese to American English I can notice that sentence.. Please help me to figure out my mistake...Thanks
