We are sharing our respective skills about languages we know, but we do not use automatic translation tools, except for checking whether a text is acceptable to translation according to our rules, which is an admin's job.
As Lein said, be patient, you'll be allowed to translate from and into French, English and Japanese, which makes three languages, and you'll certainly find translation requests matching your criteria.
