External Proposals

My Chinese colleague asked me if we can have a similar system of "writing & composition", so applicant can submit immature writing & composition (now ours are text for translation), and modifiers (now ours are translators) and experts can give advice or modify on its own.

I think it is a good idea, since there are many homework from real world.
And our system, over five years, is mature, and I believe it can be extended to other direction.
