Need help in localization of Blood Pressure Diary tool

Dear Friends. We have popular free of charge application that helps people to take of health. The app has over quarter a million of downloads. Most of app users are elderly people, so we are getting tons of requests to localize app to other languages.
Maybe your community can help? We managed to make translation to 10 languages, but more is needed. To facilitate the process we created special web site https://yar.fruct.org/translate. There are not so many words for translation and/or review. Thank you.
