personally language setting for page-menu

Hi people,

I've gotten an idea: What about set by a "personal-language-value" the language for page-layout? Reason: If you go to a forum in other language and then back to your "things", then the page-layout still let the forum-language as page-language; and this would be setted back, when going to your "things" :-)
Was it understandable explained?
