Evaluation Notification + Wiki problems

1. Seems like the "help for evaluating translations" notification on the left side of the site seems to be giving false positive - it shows "(1)" but when clicked reports no matches.

2. Another problem I've just noticed is that Wiki entries that are pending to be updated in a right-to-left language are displayed in their source language (English) right-to-left as well, which is incorrect.

Hi Nobody, thanks a lot for reporting this. With the screenshots, it's very clear.

For the 1, it was a big bug and it's now corrected, it should be.

For the 2, I will look at it as soon as possible.
