Why webpage translation is not ready to be done?

I find many new sentences in the construction of the website, but when I want to translate them into Chinese, I cannot find the way.

Please, jp and other administrators, arrange the newly added language files to be translated.

I wanted to translate this sentence "Before accepting a translation, check that there aren't any comments or multiple translation choices in the main translation as it would corrupt the ratio between the numbers of characters by language. If needed, edit and move the comments or the less plausible translation choices into the "给这篇翻译加备注" field.

Ah OK, it's done now (Once the translation is evaluated I have to upload it in the langauge file and for now I must check manually which is very long, I will develop an automatic system when I have time).
