It would be nice to have a way to find individual members, or to have a list of members who translate a particular language. As it is, I can only find the people with whom I've been in communication, or the ones on the experts, administrators, most active members, and richest members list.

I came to read the forum in order to post a message on the subject kafetzou had just posted!

Members list would be very useful because when I have translation to evaluate from a source language I don't speak it often seems unnecessary to ask the opinion of the target language translators who don't speak the source language either. I would like to find a member who could validate the meaning. Also because translations to other languages may be different from each other.

However, the list should contain some kind of activity rating preferably based on how often the member visits the site.

Sorry, I missed this question, there are so many messages everyday now that I'm a little but overloaded.
There is a member list already existing but there is not any way to search by activity level. I think I can open this list of members to all experts if you wish. I will add this in the "todo list".

jp, have an idea. Can not the memebers list be sorted somehow? For example, if I need an user from Romania, I have to look in 500 and something pages and I do not have always the time.... Is that possible? It would be more easy to work with.

I have never seen the members list that you are referring to, jp and Iepurica - I'd love to have access to it - for exactly the reason that maribel said. And yes, I agree that it should be sorted.

Iepurica, yes it could be done but it's not already implemented, I will add this in the todo list.

kafetzou, the list exists but it was only available only to administrators until now. I will make it available for all experts very soon.
