And Can I replace a wrong word or phrase globally within this site, for example, to replace 葫芦娃with 西瓜村？

For the first question, when you are on your profile page, the left menu is showing all your translations (done and requested), does it answer your question ?

For your second question, it's not possible automatically but you can do it "by hand" on this page, editing the translations each after another : http://www.cucumis.org/translation_1_t/browse-translations_w_0_all_|||葫芦||||||.html
