I think I owe you and some other people a second postcard ... if not before Christmas, I will send them then. Sad info. from the salesman Uzeyir....I hope NOT postcards will die, at least not here on cucumis. The card is written in 3 languages, English, Swedish and also some Norwegian, good done!

But, if I send you some Uzeyir, they probably will look like "birdie food" when they arrive in your mail box. I'll add a recipe here, and you can try them, very easy cookie to make, only 4 ingredients and some energy is needed!

Oatmeal biscuits
I dl sugar
200 gram butter
4 dl wheat flour
2 dl rolled oats

Mix all the ingredients together; don't knead the dough to much. Let the dough rest for a while in the refrigerator. (1/2-1 hour) divide the dough in 4 parts and role each to about 20 cm long roll. Put on a baking plate (covered with baking paper). Flatten down the rolls with a fork; they shall be about 1 cm high. Bake the cookies in 180°; about 10 min. Cut the hot rolls into 35-40 cookies. EAT!

Yesterday I received a postcard (and news!) from Maski. She's fine and busy with university and her family. She sends all of us kisses and good wishes and probably will log into cucumis when more available, but she is not too close to her computer these last times, maybe we'll have the good surprize to see her logged in one of these days...

I still like the idea of christmas cards, but I'm curious whether everyone on the address list is still participating! Oh and Francky, you may have a lucky week this week with postcards..... .
