| Tack återigen!
Det där med look, har jag varit inne på själv.
Har gjort några översättningar på liknande sätt - egentligen totalt ogrammatiska - Som ex. Än sen då? Then, then, then ? Behåll växeln, det är jämt. Keep the gear, its always. =))) |

| Dear FRIENDS (including Casper )!
I've been discussing with the requester "Liesan" regarding the expression that she submitted. Out of a linguistic point of view it is very interesting. The text is written by Tage Danielson, a famous Swedish actor and comedian, who died in 1985. He was a part of the Swedish comedy act "Swedish words" ('Svenska ord') and invented linguistic jokes in several books, songs and movies.
It is a quite complicated task to translate his jokes.

| So is it "never judge a book by its cover" or "please judge the book by its cover"?
"What you see is what you get" or "what you see may not be what you get"?
I am thoroughly confused or, as Harry Potter and friends say, confounded. |
