From what I have understood, a dismissal docket is a list of court proceedings that have not yet been heard by the court, and which are destined to being dismissed by the court if no written counter order is given.

açıklamalardan, davanın boşanma ile ilgili olduğu anlaşılıyor.
ben bir araştırayım yine de, belki de apayrı bir şeydir.

This translation is completely wrong, but it's not an easy one to translate. The information I found supports what Tantine said above. It should be said that the context here is court cases and no other context is possible. According to the websites I read, you are required to appear when your case is in the dismissal docket. This explains the last sentence. In other words, even if you receive a voice mail notifying you that you are not required to appear, you actually are.

My vote for best translation of "dismissal docket" would be "reddedilecek dava listesi".

P.S. Voice mail means a telephone message.

2) I'm not sure that "açıklanır" is the right verb. It's more like "duyulur", and then the last sentence is something that means "do not excuse you (from being there for the hearing)" - "size izin vermez" mi?
