She informs us that you are her attorney in Turkey currently engaged in the divorce proceedings against her husband Evil Man.

For legal reasons we are in need of a certificate of residence of aforementioned Evil Man.

Would it be possible to obtain and deliver us by mail such a certificate issued by the municipality or other competent authority?

Any costs will be reimbursed at simple request.
