"Baltijos šalys" is usually translated as "Baltic states" or "Baltic countries", I think that "Baltic lands" is not so suitable in this case. "Norėtume" means "we would like". "We want" means "norime". I also guess that "Volkeris" should be translated as "Walker", because it's not a Lithuanian name, and also because the name of the film "Walker, Texas ranger", was translated into Lithuanian as "Volkeris, Teksaso reindžeris" (of course, it's difficult to decide if the original name of the person was changed here or not).
