Data collection. Three calibrated investigators
(M.K., V.M., M.L.) collected the data using a
questionnaire that included demographic details
on age and sex. In the quest to optimize the
patient’s report of atypical symptoms, the investigator
encouraged the patient to describe not only
the symptoms constituting the main complaint
but also any other symptoms.
