this agreement is valid for any contract and is binding on the parties uopn signing this agreement.conflicting or deviating conditions of purchase or other reservations made by the customer are only binding upon XY if XY has expressly accepted in writng that these are valid for a particular order. neither an omission on the part of the customer to object to this agreement nor the cast of XY's performing the representativecontract may constitute submission to such conditions of the customer.
