Situation

When installing the firmware update utility on Windows Vista, you may be prompted to install a driver that has no known publisher.

Details

By default, Windows Vista will not recommend to proceed the installation.

Solution

In order to solve this problem, you will need to accept the installation of the driver; it is needed to ensure a proper detection of the MP3 player during the firmware update process.
