This seems to be a medical translation, retroperitoneal, cyst diam 5.8 cm, hydronephrosis ... and I would therefore recommend English bridging.

je tre, zuê kese, slezine i retroperitononuma dobijen uredan nalaz.
Udesnom bubregu parapijeliena cista dimenzija oko 5,8 cm.
U levom bubregu nekoliko manjih cista do obastrano ububrezima vise manjih
kalkilusa sa pocetnim znacima hidronefroze levo.

This is my modest contribution :

Regular medical analysis (or test or, I don’t know how to say it in English) of gall bladder, liver, spleen and retroperitoneal.
In right kidney cyst diam of about 5.8 cm (cyst goes with “parapijeliena” I didn’t find any possible translation of it).
In left kidney few smaller cysts and in both kidneys many small calculus (kidney stones I guess) with starting signs of hydronephrosis on the left.
