You need to put the preposition before the relative pronoun here: "... até o dia EM que..."
'Pela eternidade' sounds a little bit weird to me... I think 'para sempre' is better.

You've translated it as an imperative, but in fact it is a future form: Romanian has many future forms, and I just love this variety. So, what the person is saying is: "Não vou esquecer". I feel tempted to see an object here:

N-am să [te] uit.
Não vou [te] esquecer.

But I guess it's better to leave it as in Romanian, with no explicit object.

Kind of subjective, but I think 'lindo' is a much more expressive word to translate 'frumos' than 'bonito'. We need some bliss in a love poem!
