Hi Soles,
As you asked to train for english - spanish translations, this is how to proceed:
Search for all the translations into spanish on this page. Then click on the translation you want to view (click into the left column of the list). For now there aren't many translations to do but check this url time to time, there will be more soon .

To send the translation you've done, go to this page .
Then click on the "Translate" (or "Traducir" depending on your browsing language) button.
You should see a form and you just need to enter the translation in the "Text" field and the translated title in the 'Title" field.
