I don't think it would be correct to avaluate it, it's Russian is not so good.

What should I do in this case? Should I just reject the translation? Or does it matter that there are two same texts?

I think "konu" does not refer a name and it means "subject". I think it is written in the subject part of an e-mail or a message because it's Turkish, and I also made the Turkish translation of it. So do you think you should change it?
