Hi Gloria, you can clik on the "Translation" top menu, Then select "ITalian" in the combo box and you will view the list of italian translations to do.
This is the direct link to the italian translations.

On this list click on the translation (left column) to view the translation you wish to make. Then click on the "Trnaslate" button.

Don't hesitate to ask again for more details.

For now i'm the only "super admin" of cucumis, and I suggest somebody to become an expert after I've noticed the user like the website, know how it works very well and his or her translations are very clean.
Each time you make a translation there is a text : "Doing this translation will earn you XX points". This is the number of points you will earn once your transltion is done and validated.
I hope it's more clear, don't hesitate to ask other questions.

How does the point system work. How can you benefit from earning more points and what's the disadvantage of having a negative number of points

In fact you can't go under -300 points (except for my account as the translations for cucumis interface are debited from my account).

Thanks for reply.
How can you benefit from earning more points though?I understand that the more points you get the more points available you have should you require a translation yourself. Is that how it works?

Hi HITITA!

It's quite easy to find your translations.
open your personal page (by clicking on your name in the message above, for example; or clicking on the button "HITITA" at the top of each page).
then click on "Requested translations" in the left menu and you'll find a complete list of all translations you requested.

see you

How do you verify translations for obscure languages? Also, what do the stars next to the language in the profile mean?

buíochas a ghabháil le duine!
