I think this is a misspelling for "few," because the word "few" would make perfect sense in that sentence, whereas "felo" isn't even an English word?

I suppose you mean this translation (could you put the reference in your note next time please?).
After having read the whole text, I noticed the writer puts people's names in small letters ("kaka" ), so "felo" may be someone's name (or the name of a place perhaps?), and the "felo pages" in the scrapbook would therefore be "pages about felo"; "pages with pictures and/or stories about felo"?
Hmmm...
