Our system is being improved everyday. Our (hard) work as experts and administrators is finding the most efficient way to help people communicate.
As you say, sometimes we get really simple texts from ordinary people who barely know how to write correctly their own languages. When possible, we try to correct them and give the translator a text which is understandable and has as few mistakes as possible, just to make the translator's job easier. As you must know, we are all volunteers, that's not our "duty".
In regard with your profile, I must say that no matter how clever you are trying to "cheat", inserting fake information, sooner or later we will know.
Our experts and admins are carefully chosen and they are able to recognize machine translations, native speakers of the languages of their expertise and so on.
If you had to register for the third time, you are certainly doing something wrong.
If you want to translate into English and your mother tongue is Turkish, you'll have to wait 3 days to start translating. That's all.
