Hello! I found your translation request at cucumis.org. Some comments. The source language below isn't dutch it's finnish :-) I found some misspellings also...

Han -> Hän
tahtea -> tähteä
kanuiit -> kauniit

Nyt kanuiit kasvot neitosen peittää karu maa
Jokaisen täytyy katsoa silmiin totuuden
sillä aika ompi voittoisa, mut' tämä maa on ikuinen

Translation ->

I dunno dutch but the translation in english is something like this...

She looked at a falling star from the end of world
Now the beautiful face of the maid is covered by the harsh land
Everyone has to look into the eyes of the truth
because time is victorious, but this land is eternal.

...doesn't rhyme as well in english as in finnish! :-)
