There is no such thing as a jurist working in corporate law in the United States. A Jurist is someone who is on a Jury in a court. You will have to find some other word for this: I suggest para-legal, corporate lawyer, or something like this. Please edit this before I put it to a vote.

Pe acest site există o regulă obligatorie pentru toate textele introduse în limba română (şi nu numai): Textele introduse spre traducere se editează folosind diacriticele (caracterele specifice limbii române).
