When translating into Romanian, diacritics are mandatory. If you can't generate them by using your computer keyboard, you'll need to use a virtual keyboard, like this one.

I suggest you to get back to your translations (by clicking "All translations" on the left menu) and edit them (clicking on the blue button "Edit" on the translation page) and fix them. Otherwise, they will be rejected.
