Hi on this page select the language you wish to translate into (English if you are fluent, portuguese or portuguese brazilian). Then click on the blue arrow. Then you will see the list of translations to do (left column) with the original languages (right column). Click on the translation you wish to do. Then click on the blue arrow corresponding to "Translate". Come back to me if it's still not clear.
