Hi,

I have gmail (david.ramati@gmail.com) anytime you need something you can always write me there.

Now as to the translation:

A few small changes:

It is true that I've profited of the fact that I would have been able to have more freedom and to do what I want. But well, The generation gap is growing more and more. My parents remain traditional and they persist in marrying me off. Since birth, women of India are not treated with the right respect. Instead of going to school, girls have to do domestic choirs thus they cannot advance themselves, so all their lives they'll be dependant on men.

Greetings,
Nathan

I hope this will help, and don't hesitate to contact me anytime.

Best,

David

Done. Thanks. Also, there was one in yours (I think: than instead of then) and after it was pointed out, we changed them and put them up for another vote.

Inderdaad, redelijk nieuw. Ik dacht al dat het zoiets was maar dat leek mij een beetje te veel op het gevoel af.

Hi tristangun

I didn't ask for dutch because I don't have many points left. If I can do some translations myself I'll earn enough to pay for it in Dutch too.

I need to save some points in case someone else on my forum needs a text translating so...

Each time I choose a different language to add on, but this time it's a really long message.

Maybe I can ask you tomorrow?

Hi Nathan

I translate into so many languages because my forum is an international one and we hope to reach as many families as possible.

It is not always easy to choose the languages I post messages in. To be honest if I could get each of the TFD messages tranlsated into all possible tongues I would do.

I need to "hold my hand out", "touch" other continents than Europe with my forum so as parents in other parts of the world will know where to come and ask for help.

This time I chose Brazilian Portuguese and Hebrew as "guest" languages in the hope that my key words be seen by someone who could use our very rare pediatric cancer forum.

I now have very few points left and need to keep them in case of an "emergency", like needing to translate into a rare language for someone who is looking for a protocol to be translated from Hindi into Croatian (for instance).

I will now have to do an enormous number of translations to earn the amount of points that I have spent.

Let's hope there will be lots of work for me, then I can ask for it in Dutch.

Bises

"ivm" is probably an abreviation or an acronym, I don't know.
I would prefer not ask him to resubmit this message because it is a bit late and it was sent to a lot of people

But your profile says you're in Laos?
And I thought you already went to China?
I guess either you travel too much, or I'm getting too old to remember things very well!
Yes, yes, I can hear you saying "Ian, it is you who is getting too old...!

You're lucky...

Oh no, you misunderstood me, I know that Heineken is dutch... I am also fan of Carlsberg, from Danemark, would you call it "pisbeer" too?
Heinken is perfect to watch my Werder in Champions Leage!
Ach, less often I drink the Irish Guinnes, those are the beers I drink...

I don't use any web sites for learning Esperanto, since I learned Esperanto before the Web existed, but here are some sites that I've looked at:

For learning Esperanto:
http://en.lernu.net/
http://www.lernu.com/

For learning more about Esperanto organizations:
http://www.esperanto-usa.org/
http://www.uea.org/

A dictionary:
http://www.reta-vortaro.de/

Wikipedia in Esperanto:
http://eo.wikipedia.org/

For more specific information or texts, just google a topic, such as "Esperanto literature".
