Ok, I know ivm is an abbreviation from "In Verband Met" but you've changed it into "IMV" so maybe it could be something else.

I've said this to french experts.
If I should describe how the text is written then I say this: in a drunk mood, on msn..
Which means:
1) the grammar is not good.
2) the sentences are way too long.
3) he hasn't used any marks where needed.
4) too much information in 1 sentence, which makes it very difficult to understand.

I am dutch, and even I had problems understanding it, so I doubt not-dutch-speaking-people will have problems understanding it.
